Join us for the October Green Crew Project Day!

Join the Green Crew for a fun day making difference outside! We will be working in two sessions — a morning session from 10-noon, and an afternoon session from 1 to 3 pm. Come for one, or come for both!
Each session will include:
- Welcome from Green Crew
- Welcome from Izaak Walton Board member
- Review of Leave No Trace principles
- Orientation and Safety
- Introduction and selection of the Projects
- Project Work!
- Clean up
- Ice Cream!
Projects may include:
- FunGiS walk
- RiverWalk: Do a water quality reading on the Minnesota River
- Leave No Trace Games
- Topographical Map Making
- Trail Maintenance
- and more!
Green Crew Project Days are open to all! Green Crew members will lead projects. Not a member yet? What a perfect time to come and see if you like us.
Yes, Adults are welcome to join the Green Crew for two events before registering.
All registered adults are interviewed, background checked, trained and approved to work with youth.
When you RSVP, there will be a list of supplies we recommend bringing.
